5 Easy to Create CBD Oil-Infused Dinner Recipes

A lot of us take CBD daily, and a large portion of daily hemp users take it in the form of a tincture. A CBD tincture is simply a bottle containing hemp extract diluted in a carrier oil that is totally safe for ingestion. Available in many different milligram strengths, CBD tinctures are a highly bioavailable way to consume the compounds in hemp. But sometimes, we want to get a little more creative with our routine. And in those moments, we can use CBD tincture formulas to create delicious dinners that are infused with hemp’s many compounds.

We’ll be sharing five great dinner recipes that are all very easy and can be made any night of the week, which are infused with CBD oil so that you get your daily dose of hemp while treating your taste buds.

Spaghetti with CBD Tomato Sauce

If you’re in the mood for something that the whole family will want to dive into, with minimal effort on your part, you really can’t go wrong with spaghetti and tomato sauce. We have infused our tomato sauce with CBD, and you can decide to make the sauce from scratch or simply buy a jar for an even easier take on this classic dish.


-1 lb spaghetti

-3 droppers of CBD oil

-1 24oz jar of your favorite tomato sauce, or:

-1 onion, finely chopped

-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

-2 tbsp olive oil

-2 tsp dried oregano

-2 anchovies

-1/2 cup red wine

-1 6oz jar of tomato paste

-2 16oz cans of pureed tomatoes


Tomato Sauce from Scratch

  • 1.If you’re going to be making the tomato sauce from scratch, first put a large pan on medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  • 2.Sweat the onions and garlic, before adding the anchovies and oregano.
  • 3.Once the onion and garlic has softened, add the red wine, and bring the heat to high.
  • 4.Allow it to reduce by half before adding the tomato paste and cooking it out for 2 minutes.
  • 5.Then, add the tomato puree and simmer until you reach the desired consistency, adding salt to taste.

Tomato Sauce Already Made

  • 1.If you’re going to use a jar of tomato sauce, pour it into a saucepan and simmer.
  • 2.While the tomato sauce is cooking, boil the spaghetti in boiling, heavily salted water until al dente.
  • 3.When the spaghetti is done cooking, add the CBD oil to the sauce, before adding the spaghetti to the sauce and cooking for an additional 2 minutes, making sure to mix the spaghetti around so it absorbs the sauce.

Cheeseburgers with CBD Sauce

Cheeseburgers are always a good dinner, and you can make them more nutritious by adding toppings of your choice like sliced onions and arugula. We’ve created a special CBD-infused sauce to put on your burger buns to add a nice kick of hemp to each bite.


-2 lb ground beef, preferably with an 80/20 fat content

-Salt and pepper

-8 slices of cheddar cheese, about ¼ inch thick

-8 hamburger buns

-1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

-2 cups fresh baby arugula

-3 tbsp mayo

-3 tbsp Dijon mustard

-3 tbsp ketchup

-2 droppers of CBD oil


  • 1.First, form the beef into 8 patties.
  • 2.Season them well with salt and pepper.
  • 3.Meanwhile, add oil to a large pan and put it on high heat.
  • 4.When the pan is hot, add the patties, preferably in two batches.
  • 5.Cook them for about four minutes on each side.
  • 6.When you flip them over the first time, put the cheese on top so that it melts.
  • 7.While the patties are finishing up on the second side, make the sauce by mixing together the mayo, mustard, ketchup, and CBD oil.
  • 8.Spread a good amount of the sauce on the top half of each bun.
  • 9.With the bun open-faced on each plate, place each cheeseburger, followed by red onion slices and arugula.

CBD Lentil and Veggie Soup

If soup is your idea of a satisfying and healthy dinner, we have the perfect recipe for you. Our lentil and veggie soup is warm enough to heat you in the winter, yet light enough to satisfy you in the summer. And, with the addition of CBD, it’s full of hemp-derived nutrients, cannabinoids and terpenes.


-1 white onion, finely chopped

-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

-2 tbsp olive oil

-4 cups vegetable broth

-1 savoy cabbage, halved and sliced ½ inch thick

-2 cups green lentils, dried

-1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets

-1 8oz can tomato paste

-4 droppers of CBD oil


  • 1.Into a Dutch oven, combine the olive oil, garlic, and onion.
  • 2.Sweat at medium heat until they become soft.
  • 3.Pour in the vegetable broth, along with the rest of the ingredients minus the CBD oil.
  • 4.Bring the heat to high so that it reaches a boil before reducing to simmer.
  • 5.Season liberally with salt.
  • 6.Cover the pot and cook for 45 minutes.
  • 7.After 45 minutes have passed, check to make sure that the lentils are thoroughly cooked and that the vegetables are fork-tender.
  • 8.Check the seasoning and add more salt if necessary.
  • 9.Stir in the CBD oil.

Salmon with Asparagus and CBD Mustard Sauce

For something that’s a little more indulgent, why not go for poached salmon with asparagus and a rich and creamy mustard sauce? This is one of those meals that is easier than it looks, and never fails to impress even the most particular members of your family.


-6 salmon fillets, skin removed

-Approximately 20 asparagus spears, bottom ends sliced off

-About 5 cups of water

-1 whole lemon, sliced in half

-1 whole head of garlic, skin left on and sliced in half lengthwise

-1 bunch of fresh dill, tied together with a piece of twine

-3 tbsp Dijon mustard

-The zest and juice of one lemon

-3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped and scraped with the back of a knife into a paste

-2 tbsp fresh, finely chopped tarragon

-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

-3 droppers of CBD oil


  • 1.First, place the salmon and asparagus in a large Dutch oven. Then, fill the dutch oven with water, and add to the water the halved lemon, garlic bulb and fresh dill.
  • 2.Bring the water to high heat and as soon as it reaches a boil, bring it down to medium-low to simmer.
  • 3.Add a liberal amount of salt.
  • 4.While the fish and asparagus are simmering, make the sauce by combining the anchovies, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, and tarragon in a small bowl.
  • 5.Add a pinch of salt and whisk until the ingredients come together.
  • 6.While whisking, slowly add the olive oil, a tiny bit at a time until an emulsion develops.
  • 7.Then, add the CBD oil.
  • 8.You can add more lemon juice or a little bit of water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • 9.After about 30 minutes, carefully check to see if the salmon and asparagus are thoroughly cooked.
  • 10.If so, remove from heat and serve, with the sauce on top.

CBD Mashed Potatoes

While not exactly a dinner, mashed potatoes are a filling side dish that go with just about every protein possible. Our mashed potatoes are infused with – you guessed it – CBD, making them an even more versatile option for the dinner table.


-8 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped half lengthwise, and sliced into ½ inch slices

-1 cup whole milk

-4 tbsp butter

-1/3 cup sour cream

-3 droppers of CBD oil


  • 1.Into a large pot, add the potatoes.
  • 2.Fill the pot with cold water and put it on high heat to come to a boil.
  • 3.Add a liberal amount of salt to the pot while the potatoes are cooking.
  • 4.Once the potatoes are fork-tender, drain them and put them back into the pot.
  • 5.Add the remaining ingredients and more salt if necessary.
  • 6.Use a potato masher or electric beater to create a smooth and fluffy consistency.
